  1. Can I report a dry stone wall that has partly been demolished at the top of Mitchell Way Upper Rissington just before the roundabout.
In the open space area there by the Kendrick Homes sign there is bricks, wooden pallets, and general rubbish that could of come from the site, that has just been left there. It is possible it has been demolished during the Kendrick Homes development. The damage is right next to their large yellow advertising board where one of their homes has been built.
Who is going to be responsible for rebuilding it? It does need someone to visit the location.
    Thank you in advance.

Hi Nicholas, thank you for your comments. We’ll forward this to Vistry, who still owns the land next to the Kendrick Homes development, but as part of the final handover of Public Open Spaces, any damages will need to be rectified before handover completion. Should you have any further reports, please send them directly to clerk@upperrissington-pc.gov.uk.
