The Council have received the following update from Vistry regarding the outstanding Highway works:
“We (Vistry) have been communicating with our contractor to confirm programme for Highway works completion.
In summary….
They are remobilising on Monday 25th March
On 26th March they will be relaying footpaths on Wellington Road (2 days)
On 28th March they will be relaying footpath on Smith Barry Road (2 days)
On 4th April they will be relaying road surface on Wellington Road (5 days)
There are various other road and footpath completion works that they will fit in and around these dates and they intend to complete all outstanding works by early May
Any necessary road restrictions will be made clear prior to the works commencing but access will be maintained
Please note that these dates may move slightly subject to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances but we do now have a commitment from them to complete.”
Residents will be updated if any new information is received regarding these works.
